Ala carte menu options for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as Meal Plans are available (please check our Offers page). Meal Plans

Our Meal Plans are considered the best value on St. Lucia.  All Inclusive Plan: Our all inclusive option includes all meals (our fabulous breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner selections) and unlimited beverages served by the glass. Champagne, wines sold by the bottle and some specialty liquors excluded. All inclusive starts with lunch, snack and dinner on your day of arrival – ends with breakfast on your day of departure. Our Standard Meal Plan: Our breakfast, lunch, and 3 course dinner includes one wine, beer, rum punch or soda with lunch and dinner plus unlimited bottled water during your stay – starts with lunch and dinner on your day of arrival – ends with breakfast on your day of departure.  No substitutions are allowed, or refunds for unused portions but we’re happy to address dietary concerns.  Pricing is on our Offers page in US$ – tax and gratuity additional.

Residence/Wedding/Event Guests

Dining is customized to your food preferences and prepared by our expert chefs, which begins with our signature breakfast. If you purchase the Meal Plan we will work with you to craft a special menu for each day and night of your stay or you may choose from our hotel menu. As an alternative from the Meal Plan, you may order ala carte from our restaurant menu. All purchases are payable at the end of your trip by credit card only. All prices US$ – tax and gratuity additional.
