There are no vaccine, testing requirements or health forms to enter St Lucia. You are required to only complete an immigration form 72 hours prior to arrival. More info can be found at stlucia.org
Passports: St. Lucia requires that all visitors have passports that are valid for their stay. Certain visitors from countries other than the US, Canada, UK or EU may be required to have a visa to enter. Please click this link to check this list to see if you’re required to have a visa.
Customs & Immigration: All travelers arriving via air are encouraged to use St. Lucia’s online Immigration Form which can be found here: https://www.stlucia.org/en/entry/ The form cannot be completed more than 72 hours in advance – and once completed St. Lucia will email you a QR code for scanning by immigration on arrival. The form asks where you are staying on the island. Enter Hotel and choose “Caille Blanc Villa, & Hotel Soufriere”.
Duty: You will most likely not have anything to declare upon entry. If you wish, St. Lucia allows each adult to bring two bottles of alcoholic beverages duty free into the country. To ensure that you have your favorite spirits during your holiday we suggest that you purchase at the departing airport prior to your flight.
Arrival Agreement: Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel require that each guest complete and sign an Arrival Agreement when getting to the resort which includes an image of your passport (government required).
